Mandatory skills:-
If experienced, we would expect following skills –
Strong OOPs understanding and application
Microsoft technologies - C#, .NET
Any SQL – MS SQL Server/MySQL/..
Exposure to Web application development
If inexperienced –
Solid understanding of Software design and development
Preferably from Computer Science background(BCA/MCA/BE Comp Sc/B.Sc Comp Sc)
